Bradenton middle school teacher sent nude photo to student, sheriff’s office says

A teacher at a Bradenton middle school was arrested after she was accused of sending a student a nude photo.

A Manatee County Sheriff’s Office news release said a 14-year-old Carlos E. Haile Middle School student told deputies that he was communicating with a teacher, Oliver Fell, 28, over Snapchat.

They began exchanging messages in December 2024. Fell was accused of sending an explicit photo on January 2.

A search of Fell’s phone revealed that their messages led to lewd conduct, according to the sheriff’s office. She was accused of sending the student a photo of a nude breast.

A warrant was issued for her arrest on June 2. She turned herself in and was booked into jail later that night.

Fell was charged with lewd contact with a student by an authority figure, a second-degree felony, and transmission of harmful material to a minor, a third-degree felony.
